Our Return Policy

Because TenGrain is a consumable food product, our return process is a little different from typical goods.

Eligibility

For food safety reasons, we can only accept returns on unopened, unused sachets in their original packaging, within 7 days of delivery.

That's why every order includes 2 free sample sachets — try those first before opening the rest of your box. Once opened, sachets can't be returned, so the samples let you test TenGrain risk-free before committing to the full box.

How to Start a Return

1. Contact us at wellness@harvestandherb.co within 7 days of delivery, with your order number.
2. We'll confirm eligibility and provide return instructions.
3. Once received, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you — opened or not.
