About TenGrain
What is TenGrain?
TenGrain Original is a traditional herbal grain blend — ten whole-food ingredients, ground fine and mixed into a convenient daily sachet. It's designed to replace a meal you'd otherwise skip, not to act as a medical treatment or drug.
What does it taste like?
A naturally sweet, roasted-grain flavor from real longan — smooth and comforting, not chalky or artificial. No added sugar needed.
What's inside?
Chinese Yam, Poria, Coix Seed, Red Adzuki Bean, Longan, Gorgon Seed, Pueraria Root, Lion's Mane Mushroom, White Hyacinth Bean, and Tangerine Peel. Full details, including what each one traditionally does, are on our Ingredients page.
Is it safe during pregnancy or if I have allergies?
Please review the full ingredient list before use. If you are pregnant, nursing, managing a health condition, or have known food allergies, consult your doctor before adding TenGrain to your routine.
How do I prepare it?
Empty one 30g sachet into a glass, add water at about 80°C in a 1:7 ratio, and stir. Each box holds 21 sachets — a full 3-week supply.
